    Great Receiver At a Fair Price!

    This receiver does everything I wanted it to do! I don't need Dolby Atmos or any of the other latest and greatest surround codex. The Yamaha gives me all that I need. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

    Underrated Power Superb Performance

    THis is an older receiver but it's performance and sound are outstanding through Cerwin Vega Bookshelf Speakers. The THD or total Harmonic Distortion is .06% with a total of 75 watts / channel @ 8 ohms. That is an outstanding performance level and the 75 watts can get you an eviction notice, no problem. If you want an outstanding performance from a home theatre set up on the cheap go for this Yamaha HTR 5560. You'll be amazed at the sound. You'll spend thousands buying a new receiver that sounds this good. The things that I didn't like minor issues with the manual and the remote. The remote is a little hard to figure out at first. That is exacerbated and complicated by the manual but reading the manual thru once to become familiar with where things are found you'll be able to figure ...
