I ordered this item in white. It arrived in black. Seller made it very easy to return & correct issue. I returned the item the I received it, & gave tracking information. I also mentioned I needed the corrected item by 03.17.2024, and asked that it be delivered to a different address, because I was going to be out of the country. Seller said this would not be an issue. However, It was NOT delivered by the 17th. Nor was it delivered to the updated address.

Item I received was not the new data center drive described in the listing, but rather a white label drive shucked from an external enclosure. A warranty lookup revealed that it had no warranty coverage through WD. A genuine Ultrastar drive has a five year warranty. Be careful. Seller was good about taking it back.
