Description states "A fresh copy of Windows 10 has been loaded and is ready for the new user to setup"
This is extremely misleading. Purchaser still has to BUY a copy of Windows, as the version that is put on the computer is not actually activated. Description should clearly state "unlicensed and unactivated version of Windows is installed; buyer will be required to purchase a license upon setup." Seller was unapologetic and dismissive about this detail when asked.

My listing did not state that Windows was activated. I only install the Windows operating system. Message to user: "Good morning!! I’m glad the computer arrived for you!! I install a fresh copy of Windows as stated in the listing. I do not activate any software. The software is only activated by the end user or buyer of a computer. Thank you!!".
