On 2/22/24 , I paid for 2 lots of cards. On 3/2, tracking showed usps awaits. He then tells me, “I mailed with 1 stamp.” ( 35 cards)x2. He kept asking,“ did you get them?” I knew his run so on 3/13, I contacted him and then eBay refunded me. NEVER sent them-dishonest. Kept stating he needs his $. Today 3/28, he sends me photo copies of bogus return to sender envelopes to my home. Stating, “how does it feel to know …” and my email. Now to taunt, he sent a deal to me. Red Flags! 0 space to list
