Everything was fine including shipping time until my son, who came from College and I opened the box and put it together. There is a very visible dent right in the upper front of the dresser. Package arrived very quickly. It was well packaged with a lot of protection. The instructions were very easy even though it still takes 4-5 hours to assemble. The vanity is very nice and my daughter which is 17 LOVES it! Very happy with this purchase.
