Positive: The seller was willing to work with us on price as we offered a little below the asking price.
Negative: The item took unusually long to get to UPS for shipping (label was created but item took a couple days to actually be dropped off at UPS). When we opened the box, we received the red and black scooter instead of the blue we bid on.
Thankfully, my daughter was fine with the different color so we're good!
