Don't buy anything from these people. They don't ship on time or when they claim they will and my item sat for 6 days. Then they act like delicate electronic are regular item you can chuck in the mail in regular flat rate ENVELOPE . Who cares how the item get there and the condition it is in. Harddrives store data, with 16 TB storing a whole lot of irreplaceable data. I want a full refund and you send me send me postage prior to the return of your product. I can't rick using this in my server .

This "review" was written before the buyer had even opened the package. The HDD was covered in Bubble Wrap, placed in a Bubble Envelope, placed between two layers of sturdy cardboard taped shut, & finally placed in the Flat Rate Envelope. I tried to explain this, but he preferred to just insult & berate me for the poor shipping job he imagined I'd done. I offered a full refund, but after he actually opened the package, he dropped his refund request & kept the HDD. He then continued to berate me.

Seller took two weeks to ship never responded to a single message I sent. Item was further damaged than described. Requested refund for defective item and poor handling time with no effort to fix the situation. Really doesn’t make sense how there can be so many positive transactions yet I got stuck with this kind of service. There are a few other bad reviews but the seller shot them down. I have NEVER given negative nor even neutral feedback on any transaction all my years on ebay. Be warned.
