The dress is beautiful and exactly as described! I’m not sure why the security tag had to be left on? It’s difficult to remove.
The shipping took way too long which is not on the seller, but on USPS. The package went from Florida to Indianapolis and then went to Puerto Rico before making its way back to southern Indiana.

HI Thank you so much for your purchase and the red tag is left on for return purposes as the description on the tag itself states. To remove it, you just cut off the little trim and then slide it off to the side. Hope that helps! And I am so sorry about USPS delays. There have been issues with their distribution centers nationally
