I would like to take some time and use every character (500) allowed by ebay - We bought a copier only$265 used - Had low count prints - This ebayer wrapped it with USPS Padded Flat Rate envelopes - Put it in a box that was to big - Sent it UPS - We "thought ebay's return window was 60 days" NOT - Its only 30 - We sell parts - So we have lots of packages - Opened the printer 6-7 week to find it broken pretty good - AND are eating it - We added the pictures - Someday soon ebay will show them

The item was received as described. All of my questions were addressed throughly and promptly. We had issues with USPS and even though I have been an eBayer for many years I did not realize the typical issues with using USPS. The seller educated me about these issues and helped me to learn to deal with with USPS Ground Advantage.
