The box did have damage from shipping (US to NZ) so they definitely performed their job well. All drives tested well, I purchased 3 in total. Power on hours were not stated in the listing but were all around 42000 Hrs. See pictures for more in depth S.M.A.R.T data.

Nice network card, a note to prospective buyers though, you need to download the drivers off of Cisco's website which requires you to make an account, it's free though, so you may need to keep that in mind. The card does work even if the extra PCI pins at the end aren't connected anything. Came well packaged and very fast, excellent seller!
