Seller reached out to me about item satisfaction-had to fix an item that was described as new and working (one of the cameras was cut improperly-so I explained my frustration with this purchase. He offered a partial credit and apologized. But then after a week of not receiving this credit/refund, I reached back out to see what the issue was-he wanted the item back, didn’t want to honor the partial any longer because he stated fees were too much and low price already. Not an honest seller!
