    Good unit, so far, for the money!

    The stock packaging on this cube type ice maker was perfect! The unit, so far, operates as advertised. This unit makes ice fast! The controls actually work! The previous other brand unit I had was difficult to operate, this one is a breeze! I like the fact that it came with a filter, but I was disappointed that I had to modify the included drain hose AND the water feed lines to be able to use.. (the drain line would NOT hookup to the ice maker), I had to cut a piece of garden hose and slip over it in order to hook it up.. The water feed line was of a foreign size at the feed end and I had to home make an adapter in order to hook it up to the supply line.. I like the interior led, but It would have been nice to have a scoop hanger.. No leaks, the unit is reasonably quiet and makes clear ...
