BUYER BEWARE! This 3rd party vendor was rated 100% and still shipped a broken microwave oven that was supposed to be "open box" and (N0 returns). This is only the latest problem I've had ordering from 3rd party vendors including many who say they shipped, and didn't.(ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED.) I WILL NOT ORDER FROM 3RD PARTY VENDORS AGAIN.

I again am sorry this item was not working when it arrived. All items are tested for functionality before they are shipped so I'm not sure what happened here. None the less, I hope you received your refund quickly. We do ship all our products within 2 business days but I am sorry you have had trouble with other vendors.
