This is my first purchase of a 4K Smart TV. And I wasn't disappointed! The item arrived in perfect condition. Easy set up (10 minutes and a screwdriver) And easy to use, was surfing for my favorite shows within 5 minutes of turning it on. Would absolutely recommend this product!

The TV has decent picture but does not have bluetooth hook up. Bought bluetooth headphones so my wife could watch TV while I sleep, but for some reason this model does not have bluetooth hookup! Extremely disappointing and would not have bought it, if I would have known ! So if this is important to you I would NOT buy this TV series !
