    Great monitor, faulty parts as a used monitor?

    When I plug into my 2020 MBP 13, both thunderbolt 3 ports on the left work, but on the right side only the bottom port works. The top right port will cause the display to go in and out flickering between on and off on the lg display monitor. The FaceTime camera on the lg monitor lags to the point of uselessness. The audio on the lg monitor works perfectly. It's just the right port and the FaceTime that do not work.

    Great packaging, solid product

    My initial impression was that the third party refurbisher did an excellent job packaging this product. The monitor came in a sturdy box, with multiple layers of foam protection and padding against all possible hits and bumps. The packaging was probably better than if I had ordered this product brand new. The monitor itself is a great pair with the 27" iMac. Thunderbolt connection works great and the monitor provides excellent image quality in conjunction with the iMac screen. The webcam and speakers leave a little to be desired, but having them as options is a nice benefit. I've been using it for about a month now with no issues. Would recommend to any iMac users!

    Good monitor BUT….,.,

    I really like my LG Ultra fine 5K monitor but it had to be sent in for repair because the screen started flickering. Make sure you get the latest model because it has the shielding to protect from interference.

    Absolutely the WORST display! Apple should be ashamed

    Constantly turns on/off on its own, shuts off and cannot turn on, recalled for the cable issue, this display should not have been introduced. See for yourself, check the reviews on Apple for this display, absolutely terrible. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for promoting and selling such a bad quality display. So many problems and the imagine quality isn't even that good, I bought a Thunderbolt Display instead and love it!
