    Arrived on time well packaged and as described an unopened envelope of uncirculated coins from the 60's, my era. I opened the envelope the coins were in fair/poor condition a few of the coins were tarnished, but hey I'm from the 60's and a bit tarnished too! This was not the fault of this seller I would buy from this seller again. It was a good value for sentimental reasons.
