This seller was outstanding and reached out immediately to help me. Fedx on the other hand made no attempt t contact me at all. They gave me a computer to talk to that gave me no help but to tell me it was delivered. The picture they sent was not of my house but someone else’s. They show no response or responsibility for the drivers wrong doing. Will not use Fed but will work with Red_Rubyinc again.

This guy is a SCAMMER! They used user "R4RRB" photos and sent me a cheap Tecton Brand, not Snap-on. BEWARE, Also tracking doesn't line up to my address but drop shipped from Amazon. Tracking provided was not to my address. Also trying to get me to pay return shipping! Obvious Scammer, please BEWARE!!!
