Seller claimed item was shipped but never showed up on tracking. Issued refund, then ensured via messages on eBay that if it turned up back to him, he would send it. A couple weeks later seller listed same item for sale again (clearly still had it), and listed it for 3 times the price and sold for higher price. Would not respond to any of our messages after seeing it posted for sale again. Dishonest seller.
