Great Idea
The clamp on fin works great. The 2 small bolts and steel strips are very easy install. Only suggestion would be wear gloves. Drastically easier than replacing fins the old way.

Not hard to install, but does require some patience :) no other issues thus far! I put this on the hotwater baseboard pipe in my basement that runs to the exterior of the foundation and up into the floor, and it heats up the area surrounding it pretty well. thanks!

Great way to not hire a plumber
Why hire a plumber to drain the water system, remove the pipe, install fins and replace? Simply clamp these on in 5 minutes and use the money you saved to treat yourself to an everything bagel with lox and cheese. I bought 6 one-foot sections for 3/4" copper piping and filled those gaps in my baseboard heating. Then I went to eat a bagel.

Screw is too short
Works great but the two screws should be 1/8 to 1/4 inch longer so you can put the nut on easier. I had to use a clamp to squeeze it together to catch the nut on the screw.
