It came in amazing condition just as the images and video showed. Before shipping the plush out, I was sent an image of the product alongside their signature.       It came in great condition, although this brand in particular is known to be extra easy to break, the seller carefully packaged the item and marked it as fragile. The seller reached out to me to let me know about expected wait times for the shipment which was reassuring.       Item came exactly as described, in perfect condition! The packaging was very secure to keep it safe during the long journey, and there were no scuffs or marks on the outer box, let alone the item inside. The item itself is perfect, looks exactly like the pictures provided and if I hadn't seen a picture of it outside the box, I wouldn't have known it had ever been opened!
