we have told the buyer it is a mistake from us. we apologize at least 8 times but buyer dont try to understand and gave negative what we can do. we are doing our best this is the first time happened by mistake we sent another item to him. everytime we communicate are apologizing but buyer is accepting. every situation we told him. we are also ready to pay the shipping also again to deliver items to both buyer to each other address. we are paying shipping again. still he is not agree.
