The shipping information was confusing, as I received notices that a) my purchase had been delivered to an individual at an address in Illinois; and b) that my package could not be delivered as the address was incorrect. I was Informed I could apply for a refund after May 31. However, the package did arrive on May 31. So my conclusion is that the tracking hardware needs to be more accurate.
