Seller was able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Come to find out this package went missing at the ATLANTA, Ga. USPS. I have now had 3 more go missing from this Post Office. Seems some sticky fingered Post Office worker may be cashing in perhaps on ebay.
the Item never arrived but I was refunded full price. Not the sellers fault that the USPS has a thief.

To be Honest ...... I probably jumped the gun and was a little hasty on the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.... When the item never arrived (marked delivered in Atlanta) I was angry. Not hearing from the seller a few days, I thought the worst. Come to find out via the tracking number ..The USPS " Lost " this item at the ATLANTA HUB. I have since had 2 more items "LOST" at the same hub in March. Thy thinks thar be someone with sticky fingers at the Atlanta Hub ! SELLER sent FULL REFUND tonight. All is good.
