Item was described as Open Box, which Ebay defines as an item in "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear."
Item arrived packed well, but when opened had heavy scuffs/scratches on lid and bottom, with something that appeared to be food stuck/smeared in the keypad area. Requested return, but they refused to accept it back, saying it was sold too cheap and that the allowance for distressed packaging included the product.
