    Item was shipped in its original box, packaged well inside of the box but the box was not wrapped, just taped. Surprised there wasn't a shipping issue with the delivery service. Product was as described and is a great addition to the one I already have. Doubles the size of my first knitting machine which makes it a great value to me.     I have to give the seller 5 stars but the drone gets a 1 :(. Product was as described, arrived when expected at a fair price, very well packaged. No complaints with the seller. I bought 2, T-25s. They both perform inconsistently and usually very poorly. Potensic does not offer firmware upgrades for any of its legacy products, so expect nothing from them. Potensic gets 4 frownies. They did answer my query. Just not the answer I wanted. Holy Stone has firmware for every drone they made.
