I did have a issue with a missing part and contacted the sell who was very helpful in trying to find the missing part and even offered to pay to get it to me. Extremely helpful to me. The only complaint is with FedEx who didn't make it on the delivery date first sent out. Usually FedEx is my number 1 pick to go with.

    Compact but long, confusing cycle

    Compact for travel or small areas, nice cord storage, but cycle takes long and is not intuitive. Turn on, add water, wait, then push different button, wait while watching blinking light while waiting some more, get coffee, turn off. I have another similar unit (cheaper brand) that you simply add water and push one button once and bam! you get coffee!

    So, so.

    The color is perfect for my kitchen, which is why I chose this. I already had a bigger Keurig but didn't need one so large. The footprint of this one is much better for my countertop. Drawbacks: too many steps to start brewing and it splatters all over the countertop around the machine while it fills the cup. I've tried cleaning it, but made no difference.
