The item itself was faulty: one of the buds was not working. This can happen for all sorts of reasons, such as transit issues. But the customer service provided was excellent. Firstly, they replied to my complaint/emails promptly (within a couple of hours--super quick considering they're based half way around the world). Secondly, they issued a full refund which cleared in my bank within 2-3 days. There was only a week between the item arriving and a full refund clearing in my account.

Seller got paid, but failed to post the product after generated a tracking number for the product. After waited in vain for the delivery date. I messaged the seller who now replied that he ran out of stock, and offer me if I could wait till he got another product, but I asked him to refund my payment ASAP so that I can buy another one from someone else. Quite unfortunate. I am awaiting the refund as at the time of writing this feedback. Thanks.
