Horrible company and horrible product! They scammed! First box died after less than two months. I had to purchase a second cat box and was told I would get a refund for the broken one once I sent it back. Once they received my defective box they stopped all communication and won’t issue a refund… so essentially I paid double for a refurbished cat box. Even better I actually paid about $200 more than what a brand new one costs! Thanks for the scam PETKIT. Read Amazon review
