As described. Seem to be well made physically but haven't used yet to evaluate electrical output longevity or power. All four batteries in the set charged for a few minutes when initially plugged into the charger before indicating that they were at full charge but I didn't check output except with a small gauge that doesn't indicate actual output but only rates the charge as good/not good. Quick shipment and good communication throughout the transaction.
