  • Supervision in the hospitality industry 2009

the book itself is straight to the point. virtually a plain text book complete with review sections and questions at the ends of the chapters. I did not like how the print was all one color (meaning the photos also). It made it seem...blah. One thing i did notice was that the physical book is light weight and the font size is a legible size.

  • Supervision book

I bought the book for a class that my husband is taking and it took forever for me to receive the book. The quarter had already started before he finally got the book.
