Very poor packaging, yes, the socks are sticking-out of a cut-off mangled envelope which was held on by packaging tape. I give the seller some credit for first placing the socks in a ziplock bag, before wrapping them in an extra small envelope, smaller than the item shipped. It's like the seller didn't care. I'm underwhelmed.
