Great responsible seller and communications. First item that came was the wrong unit (lightning to 3.5mm instead usbc to 3.5mm which I ordered BUT packaging box outside was otherwise the right product picture and name- just wrong item inside the box so perhaps some mispacked item?) so I messaged the seller after finding out & quickly he sent out the replacement and said to even keep the wrong sent item. We all make mistakes of course and surely he corrected this quick in a matter of time. A+++!
