    An absolute great value!Contrast, bright clear crisp colors. Overall the best projector I have ever owned! nstant on and oiff, no air filters to clean

    After having this in use for a month in my home as my home theater projector, I am very pleased with it! An excellent picture which far exceeded my exxpectations! A very easy to use unit, easy to setup, and the picture it projects is awesome! This is my 4th projector, and it is absolutely the best I have ever owned or used! I highly recommend this Sony projector. I hadn't seen any reviews on it as far as home theater use, but it definetely lives up to the quality of a Sony product ! You won't be disappointed.

    Perfect for slideshows. The worst for movies

    Had great brightness, had great functionality, but I purchased this for home theater and it did not do that well. Very pixelated images especially on fast moving parts. Just not practical for home theater use.

    Do not buy.

    I have a 165" screen. Plenty bright , but picture is too grainy for good video quality. My unit was new in Feb 2020 and already will shut itself off at odd times flashing a bulb warning at only 1800 hours.... unless air filter housing is removed. Filter is not even dirty , house is new construction , kept at 75 deg and has hepa filters built in to air circulation system....I only have to dust once a year! This unit has pretty much ruined me buying another Sony product.

    Sony Phz10 is Good for Home Entertainment, too!

    Although meant for education/business, the Sony phz10 produces a very good image for home entertainment. It runs quiet and the laser is meant to last 20,000 hours.
