Seller worked with my from the start. Upon delivery it turned out that the graphics card enclosed in the box for the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 was NOT the card described. The graphics card that was in the box was an AMD Radeon 11GB PCI-e Dual Slot video card. Not the graphics card expected. I contacted seller who immediately took steps to make things right. Refunded and Returned as required by eBay. I recommend this seller! Honest and helpful!
