The console shipped is not the console in the photos, use the real photos, it said “like new” “pulled from handicap conversion vehicles” The lights were broken and cannot be used and need replacement. The description said it was missing the cup holder insert & few scratches from removal. I guess whoever removed it used every sharp tool in their tool box as the walls were insanely scratched and edges broken. I don’t think this was from shipping either. Seller says no returns so I didn’t contact.

I did receive a note that you would replace or refund if I changed my feedback, eBay doesn’t allow changing it. I am not asking for a refund you stated NO RETURNS and I honored that agreement. I already paid to have the console installed, I am not going to pay to have it removed and another reinstalled. Yes the seller did send me a note in fact 4 notes I found today which is why I am here to followup, thx 4 trying 2 make it right. Broke part is the cup holder light holder not harness socket.
