Lack of cutting tool
A bit expensive and instructions show the installer with a drill and "cutter." But the kit didn't come with a cutter! therefore one has to cut the sod/soil with a knife or other tool. Shouldn't show cutter if one is not included. A cuter would have been very helpful.
