This seller has had their chance. This will be going through eBay support for fraud. The first one had 2 badly warped discs and 2 slightly banging around in the player. He said he'd send another and did. These discs are worse. Out of the 5 discs 4 are badly warped. One so bad it wouldn't even eject from the player. This seller sells garbage that will ruin your player.

The customer didn t return the product, but I sent her a new set anyway. I sent her merchandise twice! Then I gave him a full refund at his request! I lost the goods twice! This is a functional product, and I seriously suspect that the customer has a problem with it. Or his player is too old, Factory sealed products cannot have the same problem twice. I ve been communicating and resolving issues amicably, and her comments were out of line! Business is hard! I can t please everyone!

A+++ Fantastic transaction! There was a problem with the first box set that was sent -- the little plastic teeth that hold the discs in place had been damaged in transit making the box holding 33 discs useless. I contacted the seller and they graciously replaced the box free of charge, no questions asked! Now that's service. So grateful for a seller this fair and eager to make a transaction hassle free. Thank you for allowing me to make this purchase happen it was a birthday gift for my brother who's going to be excited to get this everything went smoothly except for the small hiccup with the United States Postal Service which I'm not blaming the seller for it which was corrected finally once I received the package so that's all. I appreciate being able to kill two birds with one stone and that's being able to get the box set for my brother as well as being able to save a lot of money doing it.
