I have now been offered 11US Dollars in compensation for the colour not being accurate on the photos.Although I appreciate the offer I think this is rather unfair and paltry, as the rug is not usable in my home.I note The Sellers trading name has no other items listed to date.I await my refund of 11 US Dollars.The rug cost £33.55.!

the rug they sent me was not as described - the seller explained that it has the same pattern but somewhat diffrent because the size i ordered. we didnt like the change and eventually the seller agreed to give me almost a full refund. the rug itself was a good quality rug - but as i said diffrent from what we orderd. i would advise to make sure with the seller that what you ordered is possible without changes. one more thing - he asked me to pay extra for shipping to israel.
