Very satisfied with the seller. I ordered the Electric drain cleaner (50Ft 5/16") and the seller was very prompt with the shipping. The rooter expert told me that the 5/16" drain auger was not suitable for the main line blockage. I would need a stronger 75 ft 1/2" cable to clean the drain line. The item was already shipped and I received the package in good condition. I talked to the seller for returning the unit. The seller graciously accept the return and refund the full amount.
