New open box - Arrived fast. Looked and smelled brand new in original packaging but was dead on arrival. Even though seller listed as “Returns Not Accepted”, they split the repair costs with me and was totally understanding and helpful throughout the weeks when they technically didn’t have to be. Upon receiving the package it showed signs of rough handling. The disc itself was very scraped even though the seller said it was in very good condition also the case was broken and damaged as well.
The seller should accurately represent the condition of the items to ensure transparency and build trust with their buyers. In this case the discrepancy between the listing and the product was significant leaving me feeling misled.
Moving forward I truly hope the seller does a better job.

Clearly based on the photos the disk was in excellent condition. The case is clearly not cracked or damaged in the photos. The game was sent in a bubble mailer inside of a box, so it was definitely not damaged via shipping. This account was created less than 2 weeks ago and is clearly to manipulate feedback. Sellers beware of this "buyer".
