    Robust device and apps since I only have three encrypted broadcasts so far in my area, out of 90. So all tuners are pending a widespread open issue: we all need a firmware update to soon enable decryption of ATSC 3.0 OTA DRM encrypted broadcasts. If it takes hardware too, all these will get bricked soon if broadcasters find a way to snub the FCC (politically easier lately) and encrypt more if not paid to enable decryption.

    The first item shipped was damaged in transport. I sent pictures of the damaged item, and the seller quicky shipped a replacement. The replacement arrived in like-new condition, and functioned perfectly after a simple install. Saved about $40 compared to new, so worth refurbished. Great that eBay included a 3 year warranty (same as a new item), so a low risk alternative to new!

Given the current climate regarding ATSC 3.0 broadcast limitations with broadcasting and FCC regulations. Disappointed in the DRM future outlook that could ruin the potential future of OTA broadcasting.
