In the detailed description, it was stated that they item included a roll of tape. I received the item loose in a wal-mart bag hanging on my entrance door without a roll of tape. Seller insisted I got what I was supposed to get. I insisted I did not get what I was supposed to get but to no avail. Never offered a partial refund or to take it back. He would have most likely made me pay for the shipping if he did offer to take it back. I know a roll of tape is no big deal, but it's the principal.
