Unfortunately, the cpu socket on the motherboard was damaged by the cpu cover coming loose during shipping. Seller was quick to respond with remediation options, but in the end I decided to try and fix the damage since shipping back and forth seemed wasteful for the value of the motherboard. Unfortunately, there was a bent and broken capacitor along the bottom. I was able to reach the seller right away, and they just as rapidly offered a replacement with priority shipping. In the end they even let me keep the damaged board. Nomad Tech Renew handled everything very professionally, and I would certainly recommend them.
