Received wheel as described. Wheel was repackaged for shipping but not packaged very well. The protective cover was bunched up in bottom of box. No bubble wrap or any paper inside. Was just loose wheel inside box. Would have been better if packaged to prevent damage. Shippers don’t care about damage. Items need to be packaged with this in mind. Fortunately the wheel arrived without issue. Recommend seller. Just do better with your packaging.

    Not compatible

    Well I just received the derailleur it's well built looks good unfortunately it's not compatible with my bike and I've put six different derailers on this bike in the past so it's not my bike this thing is just weird I don't know what kind of extension hanger it needs. I went for this one because it's supposed to have a clutch but I don't think it has a clutch that you can turn on or off so it may word in the paperwork or on it that it has a clutch but you cannot work the clutch on it so it's a little misleading and anyways it's useless to me unless I can mount it
