Didnt list info for keyboard correctly
This keyboard is a nice keyboard. However, it is listed as having cherry MX brown switches. This keyboard has cherry MX red switches. This is literally half the reason I bought this keyboard. The part number was also listed wrong. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Not quite sure if its worth 100+, but definitely a great keyboard
This is everything i hoped it would be and more. When I first got it it feels very different since the mechanical switches dont require you to bottom out the keys in order for them to register which is very new to me. Using this keyboard to type this review right now! Only down side is the price and the noise :/. not the the noise is a problem, just perhaps a con is some peoples homes where they have to be more quiet.This is everything i hoped it would be and more. Perfect keyboard for both gaming and daily uses!
Important PS*: Update the keyboard's firmware from corsair's website easily by googling "vengeance k70 fully-mechanical keyboard", click on first result, choose Downloads section, then download the K70 Gaming Firmware Update. This will (I think permanently) resolve a minor issue when pressing the Play/Pause button that makes the media player do replay (stop & play) the music instead of playing/pausing. I never expect to buy a keyboard this expensive.. but I do think it REALLY worth its price and quality. The keyboard has a US-standard layout, and comes with extra buttons (button 1,2,3,4,5,6,A,S,D,W) that have a different surface, so you can tell even with closed eyes (playing with Oculus Rift?). The tension while pressing any keys in the keyboard also felt different than any keyboard I've ... The keyboard doesn't has 'fn' button, BUT compensating it by adding these extra useful buttons on the right hand side that also won't bloat its space, especially the scrolling volume. You don't have to estimate how many [add] or [reduce] you have to click anymore, you just scroll it as you feel it! There are 4 extra buttons above numeric keypad is [stop], [previous], [play/pause]*, and [next]. The other 3 extra buttons above the print screen button is: (1) Serve as switching gaming mode (light only 1-6 & WASD buttons) and regular mode (light everything) (2) Serve as turning off the light, or adjusting the light's brightness in 3 ranges respectively (3) Serve as turning on or off the Windows button (for gaming purpose) On right next to it, there are 3 dots that serve as Num, Caps, and Scroll Lock's indicator with a white light. Then right next to it is where the mute and volume's scroller located. What can I say more, for its performance on both gaming or daily usage, you won't regret getting this HD-keyboard!

This is basically the best mechanical keyboard I've ever owned. I have 2 of them (one for work and one at home). I have the Cherry MX Brown version. This particular board is now is actually getting hard to find. It even has a USB pass through where you can plug in the dongle for your wireless mouse, which many modern keyboards have (but even some extremely high end keyboards lack due to their need for power given being overloaded with RGB lighting). The quality of the build is outstanding. I've actually had mine for about 5 years now (since 2014) and it has served me very well. The body is a very solid and heavy brushed aluminum which I love; it looks good and cleans up very easily. It's very simple and, honestly, I prefer the red lighting (for visibility) way over the RGB. The key caps are very high quality, double shot and have a great font on them, not too wide or bold and very easy to read (unlike the newer keyboards). Since it's double shot, the letters will never fade. I can happily report that after many years of constant use, this is definitely true. It's also got the basic media controls in the corner; something I find to be essential now. The volume scroll wheel is very easy use, as are all of the buttons. Part of why this keyboard is so great is that it's simple and has exactly what you need, no more and no less. Best of all: It's top quality and will last you years!
