The Littermade unit did not come in new box pictured in photo on listing. It came in a plain cardboard box loosely packed. It had been previously removed from the new manufacture box. Also, litter scoop was missing and there were 4 stove bolts in box that did not belong with the Littermaid unit. The unit itself did appear new though and unused. I have had it for a month now and it is working fine. Also, seller gave me a good price on it. End result is positive feedback overall.
