However, and this is no fault of the seller but deserves to be noted, the courier left the package at my front door without knocking or trying to hand it to me personally. I was in all day, but because I was unaware it was at my door, it lay there for more than three hours until I checked my emails and saw an eBay message saying it had been delivered. There was no email from Hermes/Evri to let me know.
