I purchased a lipstick that was advertised as 'NEW with package'. It was packaged well and I received it quickly, however, the product was NOT NEW. It was not sealed, it had smudges all over it and the clear inner plastic top of the tube (where the wand comes out from) already had lipstick in it from where the wand brushed against it. I emailed the seller for a refund and a week later have still not had a response. I tried to give them a chance to make this right, but they have not.

I have reached out to you and have gotten no reply. The item in question was brand new, directly from the manufacturer. I did however open the box to take a photo so customers could see the color but the actual lipstick was NEVER opened. I would not sell a used item disguised as brand new. I have worked hard to have 100% positive feedback but I unfortunately have not been able to communicate with you. I was trying to make this right for you and I’m sorry you had a negative experience.

    It was a product I saw on til tok that I needed to try and I’m glad I did! It worked for me and it wasn’t as “spicy” feeling on my lips as I thought so that was an added bonus!
