EXCELLENT: piece received in pieces, broken in the shipping box; took photos and sent them to the seller and before the next day, I had received notification of a full refund. Although it was a very beautiful piece and at the right price, shipping (as is often the case) can be difficult. The box was clearly marked fragile and the packaging was ok (obviously not good enough), but the sellers rapid refund made the pain of the loss of this piece bearable. EXCELLENT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!!
