I purchased a lipstick that was advertised as 'NEW with package'. It was packaged well and I received it quickly, however, the product was NOT NEW. It was not sealed, it had smudges all over it and the clear inner plastic top of the tube (where the wand comes out from) already had lipstick in it from where the wand brushed against it. I emailed the seller for a refund and a week later have still not had a response. I tried to give them a chance to make this right, but they have not.

I have reached out to you and have gotten no reply. The item in question was brand new, directly from the manufacturer. I did however open the box to take a photo so customers could see the color but the actual lipstick was NEVER opened. I would not sell a used item disguised as brand new. I have worked hard to have 100% positive feedback but I unfortunately have not been able to communicate with you. I was trying to make this right for you and I’m sorry you had a negative experience.

I feel like you really can't go wrong with Urban Decay. This like all the other products I have used of theirs works and I have no issues with. I like this better than other makeup setting sprays because it does not feel like I sprayed hairspray on my face but still keeps my makeup on witty more stay power! I love this spray and plan on getting another one .
This spray is the only one that sets my makeup all day and I don't breakout. I suffer cystic acne am cautious of what I use not only the perfect price ,but this spray is real. I will be purchasing a couple more. An authentic product for this price? Yes I need more.

This is my favorite setting spray from UD. All Nighter works well but has this awful chemical smell that I can’t stand. I prime my skin with the UD B-6 spray, apply my moisturizer & makeup & set it with this Quick Fix. Has a light coconut scent that doesn’t linger & my makeup lasts all day. I use it as a refresher spray also.
